4. The Client confirms that all documents provided are authentic, unaltered, and obtained through legitimate means. The Client assumes full responsibility for the authenticity of all submissions.
5. The Client acknowledges that if an application is refused or not accepted by IRCC, the refusal is not the fault of the consultant and does not entitle the Client to a refund.

c. If the Client is deemed inadmissible to Canada, no refund will be issued, as the assessment and advisory services have been provided.
d. No refund will be issued if the Client provides incomplete information, fails to provide required documents, or causes delays that result in missed deadlines.

This commitment is consistent with the ICCRC Code of Professional Ethics, Articles 8.1 and 8.5.
Electronic Communication: The Client consents to receiving communications via email and other electronic means. The Client acknowledges that email communication, while generally secure, may carry some risk of interception.
What Personal Information is Collected: KYS Immigration Services Inc. collects and maintains the following personal information: full legal name, date of birth, contact information (email, phone, address), identity documents (passport, national ID), immigration history, employment history and references, financial information, family composition and relationships, and any other information relevant to the immigration application.
How It Is Used: Personal information is used solely for the purposes of advising on and preparing immigration applications, communicating with the Client and government agencies, and managing the client relationship. Information will not be sold or provided to third parties for marketing or other purposes.

F1. This agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice. The Client shall remain responsible for all fees for work completed up to the termination date.
F2. Upon termination, KYS Immigration Services Inc. will provide the Client with copies of all documents held on file, provided all outstanding fees and disbursements have been paid.
F3. If the Client terminates this agreement, KYS Immigration Services Inc. may withdraw from the file with the Government and will not be responsible for any consequences arising from the withdrawal.
F4. The Client may be required to authorize the transfer of their file to another consultant or representative.
1. The Client acknowledges having received a copy of this Retainer Agreement and confirms understanding of all terms and conditions.
2. The Client confirms that they have been given the opportunity to ask questions and have received clear explanations of all services, fees, and obligations.
3. The Client agrees that they have read and understood this agreement and freely consent to all terms outlined herein.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that full, timely, and accurate disclosure of all relevant information is essential to the proper handling of their immigration file. If, at any stage of the application process, it is discovered that the Client has intentionally or negligently withheld, concealed, or failed to disclose material information — including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, prior immigration history, criminal records, employment changes, marital status changes, or any other facts relevant to the application — the following fee shall apply:
This fee compensates KYS Immigration Services Inc. for the additional time, effort, and resources required to reassess, amend, or supplement the Client's file as a result of incomplete or misleading disclosure. This fee applies regardless of whether the withheld information was deemed 'unimportant' by the Client.
The Client understands that withholding information may also jeopardize the success of the application and may constitute grounds for termination of this agreement under Section 3, Clause 8.
The Client acknowledges that Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) may issue additional document requests, procedural fairness letters, or other correspondence requiring a timely response. Upon receipt of such a request, KYS Immigration Services Inc. will notify the Client promptly and provide a reasonable deadline for the Client to submit the required information and/or documents.
If the Client fails to provide the requested information and/or documents until three (3) business days or fewer remain before the government-imposed deadline, the following rush filing fee shall apply:
This fee reflects the additional labour, urgency, and prioritization required by KYS Immigration Services Inc. to prepare, review, and submit a response under compressed timelines. Rush responses may require 4–5 hours of concentrated consultant time and may necessitate rescheduling other client commitments.
The Client agrees that this fee is payable immediately upon invoicing and is non-refundable. KYS Immigration Services Inc. reserves the right to decline a rush filing if, in the consultant's professional judgment, the remaining time is insufficient to prepare an adequate response, in which case the Client assumes full responsibility for any consequences arising from a late or incomplete submission.
